At Columbus Card Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and accessories. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
